Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of New York.


We do our best to have every piece on our website available to you within a week of your order; however, due to the nature of our product, this may not always be possible. If the piece (or size) you have ordered is out of stock,  we will start production once the order has been placed. Lead time is usually four to six weeks. 

Special Orders

Special Order items are custom made and will ship within four to six weeks. Please contact us should you need a special size in a particular piece. In some instances we may be able to accommodate you. All sale items and special orders are non-returnable.

Domestic Shipping

All domestic shipments are handled by FedEx or UPS and in some cases by USPS, and will require signature upon delivery.  Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Sales of the PR SERIES merchandise are able to be returned within 4 days from delivery of our package.   After that period, merchandise can be returned for store credit up to 20 days from delivery of our package. Beyond the 20 days, all sales are final.

We insure all packages. If you choose to wave insurance, you agree to release PR Series LLC from responsibility once the package has left our offices. Contact us if you wish to have signature waived.

Delivery times are an estimate and are subject to the carrier’s ability to perform. We will provide a tracking number with the order shipment details. 

If you decide to refuse any shipment from us once it has left our offices, you are responsible for any costs (including duties, taxes and customs charges) that are incurred in the refusal of shipment and reroute back to our offices.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER. We reserve the right to decline your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, there are shipping restrictions for a particular item, or we do not have the item in stock. 

We can process custom orders. The lead time is approximately 4 weeks.  Please email for more information or to place an order. 

We do not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of deliveries in the State of New York, in which applicable sales tax will be added to the order amount.

From time to time, we may use techniques designed to identify fraudulent activities. You agree to cooperate with such efforts, as we may, in our sole discretion, deem necessary to identify attempted fraud. You further agree that if, for any reason, you or others acting on your behalf are suspected of fraud or other breach of these policies, we may, in our sole discretion, declare you to be in breach of these policies, suspend or terminate your use of the Site, and/or seek prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. 

International Shipping

Risk of loss and title of merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you, the importer, when we make delivery to our carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Your order is subject to import duties and taxes that are not included in our shipping costs. As the importer you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate our carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to act as your agent with relevant customs and tax authorities.


If an item arrives in our package damaged, please email within 5 days of arrival with the following information: the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information. We will pay the cost of those repairs, including the cost of the return to us, and delivery back to you, of any item that arrives in our package damaged. 

If an item is damaged while it is in your possession, we can coordinate repair for you, but the cost of the repair, including all shipping costs, will be paid by you. Should you choose to have any such damaged item repaired through us, please email with the following information: the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information.  A repair fee estimate will be provided either prior to or upon receipt of your item, depending on the nature of the repair. 

Please note that for all repairs, we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 4-6 weeks to complete.
